๐Ÿ’ฎ Add 1/2 to 1 head garlic, crushed/minced to large measuring cup
๐ŸŒธ Add 1/2 cup brown sugar
๐ŸŒบ Add 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
๐Ÿ’ฎ Add 2 tbsp rice vinegar
๐ŸŒธ Add 1/2 tbsp ground/minced ginger (or equivalent powder)
๐ŸŒบ Add 2 tsp sesame oil
๐Ÿ’ฎ Add 4 tbsp water
๐ŸŒธ Add 3 tbsp corn starch
๐ŸŒบ Stir and combine all
๐Ÿ’ฎ Add to whatever you're frying/grilling or let meat soak overnight as marinade
