๐ฎ Add 1/2 to 1 head garlic, crushed/minced to large measuring cup
๐ธ Add 1/2 cup brown sugar
๐บ Add 1 cup low sodium soy sauce
๐ฎ Add 2 tbsp rice vinegar
๐ธ Add 1/2 tbsp ground/minced ginger (or equivalent powder)
๐บ Add 2 tsp sesame oil
๐ฎ Add 4 tbsp water
๐ธ Add 3 tbsp corn starch
๐บ Stir and combine all
๐ฎ Add to whatever you're frying/grilling or let meat soak overnight as marinade
